What this site covers

LogisticID arranges road freight across the European Union today — a request is accepted for any of its 27 Member States, because goods in free circulation cross internal frontiers without an import or export declaration and the movement needs only the services this business has. The reference material here is wider than that, because the questions a shipper brings rarely stop at one mode or one border, and because a forwarder that cannot explain a movement it does not yet arrange is not much use when it starts arranging it.

Country pages describe what freight to and from a market actually involves — its gateways, its inland geography and the decisions a shipper has to make. Individual ports and air cargo hubs are covered as places cargo moves through rather than as an encyclopaedia, and trade lanes follow specific corridors end to end.

Services sets out what is available now against what is still being built.
