A port that is closer to the origin is not automatically better. The relevant distance is usually the one at the other end — between the port of discharge and where the goods are actually going — because inland transport is where a badly chosen gateway becomes expensive.
Congestion, equipment availability and inland capacity all vary, and they vary on timescales too short for a website to track. Where they matter, they are worth confirming for the specific movement rather than assumed from a general description.
